As the President of the Muslim Student Association (MSA) at the University of New Haven, I have successfully overseen all meetings and activities, ensuring that the organization consistently abides by the University\'s rules and regulations. Throughout my tenure, I have effectively acted as the spokesperson for the MSA and closely monitored its performance.I diligently set the agenda for all MSA Executive Board Meetings, facilitating organized and productive discussions. I have addressed and enacted solutions for organizational disagreements with tact and efficiency, ensuring smooth operations and a cohesive environment.In scheduling MSA meetings and committee/council meetings, I maintained clear communication and coordination, optimizing participation and engagement. Whenever a representative was needed, I confidently represented the organization, delegating this responsibility only when another member was specifically assigned. Acting as a mediator alongside the Vice President, I addressed issues concerning the MSA, GSC, and USGA Constitutions effectively.By keeping track of officers\' duties and projects through regular updates, I ensured accountability and progress within the team. I oversaw the maintenance of our status as a Hybrid Recognized Student Organization.Consistent communication with our Faculty Advisor was a priority, keeping them informed about the organization’s status and developments. I planned and executed a successful 1-year anniversary celebration in the Spring Semester, marking a significant milestone for the MSA.I ensured that the Bylaws and standing Constitution rules of the MSA were not violated by any General or Executive Board members. Additionally, I maintained meticulous records of the Flag system and, in collaboration with the Vice President, oversaw the amendment of the MSA constitution at least once a year.
