Algorithm Growth was born from the need to help 7- and 8-figure brands scale their Meta ad creative faster, using stronger, data-backed optimizations. Our thesis is that every brand aggressively growing through Meta ads requires its own unique algorithm. We handle the creative process from end to end, and for some brands, we deliver up to 100 ads per week. Our proprietary creative protocol, specifically designed for direct-response ads, scales at the pace ambitious brands demand. Every brand has distinct creative needs, and Algorithm Growth develops a tailored approach to accelerate their ad performance.

ABOUT YOUSSEF MROUEH
I\'m a growth marketing expert with a record of skyrocketing e-commerce brands through paid acquisition strategies. I\'ve grown startup DTC brands from $0 to $3M in under 1 year and managed paid social + acquisition for some of Canada\'s largest DTC brands.My why:As a kid, I was the one on a snow day going door to door shovelling driveways for extra cash while my friends were off sledding. In the fall time, it was raking leaves and in the summer it was washing cars. I was always fascinated by how I could convince a total stranger to trust me enough to exchange my service for some money. As I got older, I grew more obsessed with this concept and was always selling something using some of the lessons I was learning along the way. In 2015 I came across an ad talking about internet marketing, as I learned more about it I saw so many similarities between what I\'ve been doing through my little endeavours here and there and how with internet marketing you can do the same through ads and at scale too! Since late 2015 I\'ve learned so much about how internet/digital marketing can grow businesses (not talking about shovelling driveways here!) and scale them to levels that wouldn\'t be possible without the adoption of the internet, social media, and so many of the websites we know and love today. To sum it all up, my why is to help businesses grow and my vehicle of choice is through marketing, more specifically growth marketing and paid acquisition. I\'ve come a long way from shovelling driveways and cleaning cars as a kid My notable accomplishments- Scaled my first DTC opportunity from $596K rev in 2018,$1.2M rev in 2019 to $11.6M 2020/21 (profitably)- Drove over $1.38M in revenue by launching and optimizing email & SMS marketing in under 1 year- Managed paid social for Sleep Country Canada, the country\'s largest sleep retailer (remember the jingle?)- Ran campaigns for Sleep Country, Dermalogica, Pizza Pizza, Aftershokz, Jill Health, Candace & Basil and more!I have a passion for this stuff and love connecting with others who do too!
