Leading the back end operation activites for the RF phased array antennas-Assembly process development and qualification : Chip (Silicon on Glass & SiC in QFN package) and module levels( pick and place, mechanical attach/singulation)- Quality (implementing traceability program, writing inspection documentation for MEMS wafers and PCB), carrying out inspection of incoming material, driving RMAs)- Reliability (Shear testing/ MEMS integration to RF modules/Thermal cycling/ Humidity)- Process development and qualification of module assembly and management of OSAT activities- Managing motherboard assembly (build instructions/ process validation)- Qualification of new vendors. Set up in house assembly capability (small eng batches)- Design for manufacturing gateway.

I\'m a mechanical and manufacturing engineer with a passion for design and manufacturing.After getting my MSc in mechanical and manufacturing engineering at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, I completed my PhD at Loughborough University.My early career started in mechanical design (CAD, FEA) and technology development (testing, calibration, performance assessment). I then specialised in MEMS and IC assembly packaging (Wafer Bonding, Dicing, Adhesive dispensing, wire bonding, metallisation, solders, pick and place and reflow) where I have been working in manufacturing projects revolving around process development, product qualification, performance enhancement and cost reduction.Lastly, I can speak English, French and Arabic (Moroccan) fluently and consider myself to be a friendly and easy-going person.
