Manage the daily operations of 25-30 manufacturing specialists in Photolithography(Photo), Diffusion-Surface Prep (Diff/Wet), Plasma (Etch), Implant and Thin-Films HDP Oxide Deposition (TF HDP).Responsibilities include:• Plan and administer policies and procedures• Make recommendations on direct/indirect labor• Support and implement direct labor plan for 200mm fab manufacturing team• Lead and implement 5S projects and efforts to resolve manufacturing execution and technical issues that impact manufacturing costs, cycle time, throughput, turns ratio (TR), tool utilization (Ao) and clean room outs (CRO) in a 200 mm Analog, Automotive and Industrial factory • Support and execute to an established priority lot protocol to ensure rapid lot movement of critical material through the line and meet customer needs and delivery commitments• Select, develop and cross train personnel to ensure the efficient and versatile operation of the production function in a manufacturing Grid environment.• Learn processes to prevent human error scrap (HES), poor quality and lost cycle time• Communicate process changes, production goals, and help resolve issues involving the engineering, planning, procurement & logistics and facilities support groups• Promote and sustain an inclusive workforce centric culture focused on safety, quality and continuous talent development to meet customer needs and expectations
