I serve as a full-stack engineer and take in the full project life-cycle and draft high and low-level design plans, then work to build software in Python, JS, Java, CSS, Python, YAML, and RUBY. I also have consistently served as an on-call to address emergencies in customer facing experiences at any time of the day. In addition, I create robust testing mechanisms for all of the software I publish, and for my team\'s existing infrastructure. I have implemented both automated tests and unit tests, as well as monitoring mechanisms to alert of any anomalies in the software. Everyday I Leverage AWS software, cloud computing, and ML size-rec models to customize customer CX experiences, and I have been the lead engineer to launch and monitor CX experiments to millions of customers.
