It is a combination of empathy, language, and education (or mentorship, parenthood, friendship, apprenticeship, etc.). Watching a person grasp a useful new concept is one of life\'s great joys.Creative Language:I value language that bridges. I can remember reading as a kid, and asking my mom what a new word meant: I realize I enjoyed learning my mother tongue, English. I experience a special delight when I encounter a unique word or phrase for describing an emotion or experience that just doesn\'t exist in English. Communicating a precise feeling or idea clearly in conversation is a rush for me. Good questions are a precious part of language; an attentive and well-worded question can invite a person to feel safe and share themselves transparently.
