In Market Research, a good plan is useless if the operations fail. I have spent the last 6+ years ensuring that doesn\'t happen.​Currently, I am a Team Lead at SAGO (Schlesinger Group). My background is in Engineering, and I use that mindset in Research Operations. I view every project as a system—if one part lags, the whole delivery suffers. My job is to keep that system running smooth.​I manage a team responsible for both sample-only and full-service projects for international clients. The work is fast-paced and often complex. My focus is always on three things:​1. Feasibility & Reality: I handle bid feasibility because I know what is actually possible versus what looks good on paper. This prevents issues before the project even starts.2. Crisis Management: When things go wrong (and they do), I step in. I handle escalations and get the project back on track so the client stays happy.3. The Team: I lead remote teams across different time zones.
