Project Eligibility Reviews for FNMA | FHLMC | FHA | VA. As Project Approval Manager, responsibilities include ensuring all condominium and PUD loans within the company meet Agency/Investor criteria. Additionally:• Develop and maintain Project Approval procedures and guidelines for all branches within the company. • Develop, review, and maintain company project approval questionnaires to ensure compliance with specific Agency(s) guidelines for all project approval review types.• Support the executive team in creating a non-warrantable condominium program for projects which do not meet specific Agency guidelines.• Develop and present company information and training webinars to address industry updates and changes necessary to support and train Loan Officers, and origination and processing teams.• Work closely with Builders, Developers, HOA’s, and sales team(s) to obtain FHA (HRAP/DELRAP), VA and Fannie Mae approvals, on condominium projects. • Ensure all Condominium loans are in compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines. • Created and manage company wide online condominium database reflecting specific eligibility parameters.
