During his career, that passion has manifested in the formation of three successful organizations dedicated to serving the needs of business leaders in a wide variety of industries. Sean\'s current role is President and Co-Founder of Ayoub & Youngren, a Metropolitan Detroit Based firm that is committed to helping small businesses operate at their highest potential for success. Our solutions focus on accounting, bookkeeping, executive coaching, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, human resource compliance, on-demand human resource support and strategic business planning - all designed to foster greater opportunities for our clients to optimize profits, mitigate avoidable risk and achieve sustainable growth. Sean has an MBA and BA in Health Care Administration from Eastern Michigan University where he met his wife. He enjoys photography, bourbon, bad movies, good food and spending quality time with his family and friends.
