About Young Park
Adjunct professor, speaker, and researcher at the intersection of leadership, consciousness, and transformation. A boundary crosser, my career spans three continents and industries from advertising and financial services to retail, media, education, and technology. Recognized as a trailblazer by institutions ranging from American Express to the government of Korea, I turned around Levi Strauss Korea, helped establish Burger King’s first Asia office to accelerate growth in the region, and contributed to entrepreneurial ventures in Asia and the U.S.I teach Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Strategy, and Marketing, and have been recognized for excellence in teaching and service. My current research explores leadership effectiveness and higher states of consciousness and how greater awareness enhances performance, integration, and sustainability.I speak to professional and academic audiences on conscious leadership, thriving through change, and integrating awareness with insights from neuroscience, psychology, and consciousness studies to help leaders meet 21st-century challenges and opportunities.
