For each store, training began with a corporate-level presentation to the full team, followed by individual team member certification, and follow up with hands-on support and coaching of the team when offering to customers live. Engaged directly with owners and management of automotive dealerships and optometry chains to ensure successful adoption and smooth integration of Sunbit into everyday business practices.
