The WIN is a targeted programme of activities and events for young people making decisions about their future, working in partnership with Careerpilot, University of Bath and Bath Spa University. Support includes workshops, trips, skills sessions and personalised careers advice for WIN students in Year 9 -13. Supporting pupils during my time with WIN at Kingsbury Green Academy, Hardenhuish, Sheldon and The Wellington Academy to help with exploring options, career planning and the transition to higher education.
