As a Project Manager at VULCANIC SAS, I oversee industrial heating system projects from order to delivery. I coordinate between engineering, procurement, production, and quality teams, while maintaining direct communication with clients to ensure technical and scheduling requirements are met.Key Responsibilities:• Project Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, create detailed schedules, and allocate resources to meet delivery deadlines.• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, technical clarifications, and post-delivery support.• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with design engineers to validate electrical and mechanical schematics, ensure conformity to standards, and verify product functionality.• Documentation Oversight: Review and approve technical files, including VDS/VDRL, FAT/SAT protocols, and manufacturing packages.• Change Management: Manage design modifications, client change requests, and internal process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.• Production Monitoring: Ensure timely progress in workshops by monitoring manufacturing steps, addressing blockers, and coordinating with production leads.• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.• Quality & Compliance: Guarantee that all deliverables meet internal quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory norms (ATEX, IECEx).Key Skills & Qualifications:• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems (especially industrial heaters and control panels)• Excellent project tracking, multitasking, and time management skills• Familiarity with ERP systems and document control processes• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and schematics• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused industrial environment
