I am a battery materials and cell-architecture R&D leader with 15+ years of experience in lithium-ion and advanced electrochemical energy storage, spanning early R&D through pilot-scale readiness and manufacturability-oriented design decisions. I lead cross-functional technical efforts to translate customer and system-level requirements into product definitions, development and validation plans, and scale-up execution—while balancing performance, safety, quality, and manufacturing constraints. I also enjoy working directly in the lab and pilot line on electrode fabrication, cell builds, formation/cycling, diagnostics, teardown, and rapid troubleshooting.My expertise includes advanced electrochemical analysis and computational/data-driven methods in materials science and engineering—combining diagnostics (EIS, PITT/GITT, dQ/dV, post-mortem) with Python/Matlab-based modeling and automated analysis to extract parameters, identify trends, and guide design and process decisions.
