ABOUT YOUMNA DEIRI

Relaxed and Responsible leadership expert over 12 years of experience. I have led research projects, published peer-reviewed articles, and presented at national and international conferences. I have also designed and facilitated over 100 workshops and coaching sessions, working with educators, corporate leaders, and community activists. My focus is on honoring cultural practices within systemically marginalized communities of color and communities of the global majority. I am passionate about supporting immigrants and multilingual folks of color. I believe that understanding the power of solidarity and intimacy frameworks among communities of color is key to creating a more just and equitable world. As a consultant and coach, I have worked with over educators, helping them understand the systemic nature of discrimination and take effective action. I have also mentored over 150 students from diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about my work and believe that it is a calling - a mission to create a better world for future generations.
