I lead multiple, medium to high complexity cross-functional Supply Chain Planning projects, with a focus on helping to develop system, process, and inventory optimization strategies with the brands and department managers. I have over 12 years of experience in logistics, materials, and supply chain management, with a master\'s degree in this field from EOI.Some of the achievements I am most proud of include implementing a daily attendance tracking system that reduced non-essential labor by over 15% within the first 90 days, supporting the successful launch of AS/RS CAJA Robotics system at NJ3 site which accounted for a 30% reduction in labor costs, strategically merging two California Based active DC’s with over 2 million active units with near-zero risk to SLA, and launching 60k sq ft. Netherlands International DC. I work closely with the executive team, the US DC’s GMs, and the EU labor consultants to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the logistics network. My mission is to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the stakeholders.
