Implementation of the BCBS 239 Data Governance and Data Quality framework• Design and implementation of the Data Management Target Operating Model aligned with BCBS 239 (Risk Data Aggregation & Reporting)• Structuring the data governance framework including roles and responsibilities across Data Owners, Data Domains, IT and business stakeholders• Definition and formalization of key processes within the Data Management Framework• Support business teams in the operational deployment of data governance practices• Contribution to the BCBS 239 Internal Assessment, including governance and data quality maturity evaluation, consolidation of regulatory evidence and preparation of reporting for Group and CIB management• Development of a Data Awareness and communication strategy to strengthen data governance culture across stakeholders> Data Quality Framework – Watchtower• Identification of Critical Data Elements and associated data quality controls• Alignment of the data quality framework with BCBS 239 regulatory requirements• Implementation and monitoring of data quality indicators and dashboards• Labelling of critical data sets based on quality controls and Key Quality Indicators• Preparation of quarterly reporting to Group management regarding data strategy and governance maturity> Data Strategy & System Evolution• Assessment of the existing data governance and data quality framework• Identification and prioritization of business data needs• Evaluation of existing IT systems and impact analysis on future processes and system evolution• Facilitation of cross-functional workshops with business and IT stakeholders
