ABOUT YOSRA ELSIDDIG

I\'m an electrical engineer and project management professional with 15 years of experience leading multi-million projects for diverse clients over multi geographical locations. My areas of expertise cover leading cross functional teams, Tender Management, Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Procurement Management,Budget Management,Financial Reconciliation and Project Performance Reporting. The blend of technical and business acumen I possess, makes me a valuable asset to any organization I would work for to deliver successful projects. Previously I was a project manager with Schneider Electric where I was looking after technical and commercial execution of customer projects. I had led in parallel challenging projects of million dollars while facing demanding contractors and end users. I had also planned and led project team (engineering, procurement, logistics and site execution), achieved project deliverables on time, secured variation orders, improved profit gross margin while accomplishing customer satisfaction. Colleagues and managers describe me as a person with strong leadership skills capable of motivating and engaging project team to deliver successful results. I\'m also highly autonomous when facing complicated or urgent business situations. I tend to challenge myself and generally get the work issues resolved on my own. In other situations, I build my decision based on accumulative judgment and \"know how\" and who to involve.
