Designed and developed new Micro Services from scratch using Java 1.8 and Spring Boot to convert a monolithic web application in small pieces of web services that can be more scalable in the cloud. Updated and fix the current implementation adding new client requirements to current implementations and refactoring Micro Services implementation from Spring Boot v1 to v2. Fix bug and improve the performance using Redis. Optimized cache read operations to increase system performance. The annotation @Cachable of Spring Data Redis makes use of a non-reactive programming. Created a new implementation of @Cacheable,@CachePut,@CacheEvict and @CacheConfig to make use of a fully reactive programming. By default, Spring Data Redis read and write from the master node in the cluster. Configured the libraries to write on the master and preferred read from slaves to avoid reading time out. Integrated Test-Driven Development (TDD) process to Micro Services using JUnit and Mockito to detect changes that may break a design contract and helping with maintaining and changing the code. Created Spring Cloud Contract to allow other teams to test the application using different environment, different programming languages and without run the whole system. Use JaCoCo Library for code coverage. Tested APIs and document all implementations using Postman tool. To completed the implementations was required to use Spring Data Redis for cache operation, Spring Data MongoDB and Elasticsearch for data storage, Spring Cloud for building common patterns in distributed systems, Rabbit MQ for communication between applications, RESTful Web services to expose APIs. Project reactor and RxJava to create fully reactive applications. DataDog, NewRelic & SumoLogic for services monitoring, Jenkins for continuous integration, and so on.Create real application that could write once and run anywhere using Spring Cloud Function. Deploy those application using Serverless Framework
