Michael is Principal and Founder of Yono Consulting where he provides product, strategy and technology consulting services and helps clients design, implement, and scale their products and technology. He is an experienced product management and technology executive with a track record of success in top tier financial, consumer and technology companies. He is a passionate and creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to grow revenues and reduce operating costs by introducing and leveraging new technologies, operational methods, and channels.Michael is Operating Partner at RueOne Investments, a private equity firm where he assists the team in conducting due diligence, structuring, and monitoring specific investments on an on-going basis. Michael also makes angel investments based on access to high quality deal flow and unique operational insight into a company’s infrastructure and management. His domain experience includes financial trading and monitoring, high-throughput e-commerce and retail business strategy, content management systems, master data management and data analytics, consumer cloud storage hardware, mobile OEM and Telco partnerships, digital education, and Drones and IOT devices.As an operator, Michael has had experience founding a startup company from the ground up, scaling a company from millions to over $1B in revenue, and leading Enterprise Architecture to adopt Agile development in large corporate environments.
