Stability within the workforce is immensely important for a company to compete and succeed in the global marketplace. Clients turn to me to identify, respond to, and adapt to challenges created by the rapid and constant change in employment law in California and nationwide.Throughout my practice, I have provided counsel and representation to companies of all sizes. I have handled claims involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and whistleblower rights. Additionally, I draw from my knowledge and experience working in-house and abroad to provide my clients with practical legal advice.I have represented clients in matters ranging from administrative hearings to high-stakes litigation in federal court. I have substantial experience defending retail companies against claims alleging disability discrimination as well as healthcare providers in litigation brought by the EEOC and the California Department of Civil Rights.As a member of the firm’s Complex Discrimination Litigation team, I enjoy working on complex litigation matters alongside my dynamic colleagues to help clients navigate the legal obstacles along the way.As a first-generation lawyer, I recognize that opportunity is necessary to succeed, and I use my experience living and working in Mexico City to provide pro bono representation to youth in immigration proceedings.
