Author, keynote speaker, relational psychotherapist, and leadership advisor focused on intimacy, power, and mindful presence in contemporary life.For more than two decades, I have worked with individuals, couples, and leaders navigating complexity and change. Trained at Yale University, I founded Mindful NYC, a New York–founded practice offering psychotherapy and consulting to individuals and global leaders.My work integrates psychological depth and mindfulness to support leaders in cultivating resilience, emotional intelligence, relational power, and mindful leadership. I examine how power is held, how identity shapes influence, and how leadership matures through contact with difference and uncertainty.I am the author of The Mindfulness Workbook for Depression and Women, Intersectionality, and Power in Group Psychotherapy.
