The solutions leverage artificial intelligence and data analytics to provide B2B and B2C customers with the ability to understand what marketing campaigns are most effective at driving customer acquisition, scalable insight into exactly what transpires in every customer conversation, and empowers those brands to reach out and reel in opportunities before they churn to a competitor. • I was responsible for managing a team of five Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and two Business Development Representatives (BDR), as well as two Partnership Engagement Representatives (PER) reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations. • By managing and training the SDR team we drove consistent sales opportunities to account executives. • Boosted revenue through SMB clients despite projected revenue impact of Covid-19 by directly managing a Partnership Engagement Team and mapping new product features as problem-solutions to client business goals through mass account management. • Managed the Business Development Team to reduce meaningful prospect response time from 3.5 hours down to 90 seconds improving client acquisition at first touch and at bottom of funnel conversions. • Drove alignment between the revenue-generating teams across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This included setting shared goals, developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy, and providing resources and support to the teams.
