I have been building Natural Language Processing (NLP) models that process millions of texts daily and developing specialized pipelines and frameworks for model training, testing, deployment, explainability, risk management, and ongoing performance monitoring.My PhD research topic is neural networks (NN), including artificial NN (ANN) and spiking NN (SNN). I have been focusing on: 1) developing efficient deep learning tools; 2) building a direct bridge between ANN and SNN such that their power (deep learning and neuromorphic computing) can be better merged together.My research topics include: Neural Networks; Deep learning; Nonlinear Optimization; Neuromorphic computing; Control theory.
