About Yonatan Bason
As a counselor at Camp Joslin, I\'ve been fortunate to witness the impact of supporting children with diabetes. Through my guidance, I have helped campers become more independent with their condition, using knowledge from the many years that I have lived with diabetes. These experiences have sparked my passion to be part of the solution for diabetes. In high school, I further developed my interest in science through advanced AP courses. Following my graduation, I began studying in the international program at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology for Mechanical Engineering. With my education and additional experience through internships, I\'m confident in my ability to contribute to the development of a cure for diabetes in the future. I\'m committed to using my skills to advance medical research and bring hope to those living with this condition.
