At Ameerz, I’m part of a dedicated team building TouRide, a web-based educational platform that helps new immigrants and tourists navigate Canadian traffic laws, making streets safer for everybody. My position here involves- Developing full-stack features by leveraging a PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js) to create an interactive user experience- Implementing backend APIs that ensure smooth data flow and secure certificate issuance for users completing the course- Optimizing frontend components for ease of use, allowing seamless access across various devices- Collaborating with other engineers and designers to brainstorm solutions that enhance functionality and future scalability.Through this experience, I’m gaining hands-on exposure to real-world challenges in web development, honing my skills in full-stack development, and contributing to TouRide’s mission of making Canadian roads safer for all.
