About Yom O.
Yom Odamtten Fox spent her formative years in Central New York, enjoying the benefits of having two parents in education. This upbringing, which focused on her development as a compassionate and intellectually curious person, prepared her for an education from Scripps College (2004) and Columbia University, where she went on to earn her two Masters degrees: Teaching Social Studies (2006) and Private School Leadership (2009). She has taught students at schools in Colorado, Connecticut, and New York. While at The Dalton School, Ms Odamtten Fox\'s work included teaching World History, Civics, Experiential and Service Learning, Global Travel, and Professional Development and Mentorship. She also made contributions on student, faculty, and family Anti-Racist Programming in the Offices of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; the Office of Advancement; and Parents Association.
