As Chief Ministry Officer (CMO) and Administrator for Impact Church, I oversee the coordination of all ministry activities and serve as executive assistant to Bishop Rasby G. Mason II. With over two decades of administrative and ministry experience, I translate vision into systems, build cross‑functional teams, and ensure operations align with our mission. In 2014, I founded 1on1 Administrative Solutions, a consultancy providing personalized leadership and administrative training for churches and businesses.
