About Yolanda santa Cruz
I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work and spotting opportunities to make them better. That mindset is part of why I really enjoy working on complex systems and finding ways to translate them into intuitive and delightful experiences.My experience includes shaping B2C SaaS products with a focus on user growth, engagement, and retention. I’ve led projects to improve transaction flows, reduce friction across platforms, and build experiences that scale. I also mentor designers who are just starting out or transitioning into the field. Sharing what I’ve learned over the years and seeing their growth has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. On that note, I love learning about all sorts of things and enjoy passing that knowledge on.
