With over 20 years of experience in program and project management, I\'ve dedicated my career to making a positive impact on people\'s lives. As a director of diverse programs, I ensure that projects are managed within budget, human resources are managed, and deadlines are adhered to. I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential, improve operational efficiency, navigate career challenges, and achieve their organizational and professional goals.My journey began with the military as a spouse. I understand the unique challenges that military veterans and their spouses face and have the lived experience that can assist. I\'ve since translated that experience into a mission to support organizations that assist this unique community in their day-to-day lives, or in their job search and career readiness.In both non-profit and for-profit sectors, as well as in government and government contracting, I have harnessed my expertise to lead and contribute to initiatives that drive results and promote positive change within a short time.
