ABOUT YOLANDA PAGANO

I have driven change initiatives yielding significant triple bottom-line value that have enhanced organizational reputations; affirming that values and value creation are synergistic. I am passionate about fostering growth and development in myself, my colleagues and the organizations with which I am affiliated.As an attorney and CPA with extensive experience in the financial, energy, food, and consulting sectors, I have held various project and program management, policy and strategy development, and sustainability/corporate social responsibility (CSR) program leadership roles. Currently I am Director, Corporate Sustainability and Environment at Knoll. Previously, as Senior Manager, Global Sustainability at Tyson Foods, I managed the successful execution, integration and advancement of key components of the company’s sustainability program. I began my career with a Big 4 international public accounting firm, advising personal and business clients on tax matters. Then at a Fortune 100 energy and utility company, I served in various strategy, compliance, policy and financial roles, culminating with me directing the company’s climate change and sustainability disclosure programs. Next, I led the sustainability/CSR consulting practice at a Top 60 environmental, engineering, and advisory services consultancy.
