Reduced high turnover of managers and maintained the lowest turnover rate in the company. Lead and support managers to maintain sustainability. Decreased delinquency to all time low and achieved 0 delinquency in less than six months at some properties by ensuring all owners are enrolled in auto pay, as well as ensuring all clients pay in less than 30 days. Key member of the team to participate in charitable causes sponsored by the company for Feeding America, Making Strides Walk, MS Walk, and breast cancer walk.
