I’ve spent 30+ years in local government helping communities grow stronger by making complex processes easier to understand and navigate. My experience ranges from code compliance and zoning to strategic planning, GIS projects, and community engagement.Right now, I serve as a Development Services Code Advisor with Orange County Government, where I work across seven divisions to improve systems, guide ordinance updates, and support projects that align with our long-term strategic plan. Before this role, I led a team of inspectors, managed compliance programs, and supported emergency management operations.What motivates me is connecting government work to real community needs.
