She is currently the Director of Operations at Royal Law Firm, PLLC, where she oversees the day-to-day operations and fiscal management of the firm, and the Executive Director at Causing to Forget, a nonprofit organization that provides peer-led support groups for individuals facing challenges around ambiguous loss, infant and pregnancy loss, infertility, and trauma.As a passionate advocate for impact-driven change, Yolanda has spoken at the United Nations, the Balm In Gilead, and various conferences, seminars, and workshops on topics such as provider training, agency best practices, mental health, community-based, and outreach programs. She has also designed and implemented several programs and initiatives that address the needs and challenges of diverse and underserved populations.
