I Facilitate Housing First trainings.Through the use of evidence-based practices such as harm reduction, housing first, and trauma-informed care, I as a Permanent supportive housing (DHS) Case Manager i supports Clients’ housing stability, self-sufficiency, and community integration. As a ICMS Case Manager I partner with Clients who are currently housed/unhoused to assess and address barriers to housing placement. Once Clients locate best-fit housing, i work to implement interventions with recently housed Clients. I Support housing retention and further coordinates multiple services to meet individualized needs.
