This includes developing and facilitating a Chapter Mission and Outreach Committee to support local program and outreach efforts and advance the Foundation’s national initiatives at the local level.• Foster mutually supportive relationships with national volunteers (Advisory Council, Research Advocates, and Aware in Care Ambassadors) and Community Grant recipients within the Chapter. • Manage Chapter communication channels including Chapter webpage, e-newsletter, social media and phone and emails.

I’m a passionate community focused professional with in-depth experience in foundation relations, program management, grant writing, development writing, individual giving management, stewardship, and donor relations, for non-profits, I use a client first mentality to drive impactful results with positive outcomes. Highlights include strategic planning, grant writing/management, program/curriculum development and implementation of policies and procedures. I have a keen focus on operational excellence with a proven ability to collaborate, influence, lead in ambiguity, and communicate effectively. My experience as a Program Director includes providing primary leadership for the daily operations of the Mom’s & Babies First Home Visitation Program. Additionally, I managed the development, implementation and evaluation of program policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. As Senior Manager of the Workforce Development department, I was responsible for overseeing the provision of employment and re-entry services for adults with felony and/or misdemeanor convictions. I supervised a staff of 8 and managed a six-figure operations budget per contract year. In addition to generating monthly reporting, I monitored the program budget to ensure compliance with grant requirements. Additional highlights include, maintaining confidential client case notes and files, partnering with various social & human services agencies, community organizations, law enforcement and public officials in the development of initiatives and services to meet the needs of a targeted population.
