Trained field employees and upper management on proprietary applications to streamline traditional workflows and eliminate antiquated processes. Unexpected technical support for the iPhones were required because of technical challenges. Field personnel with little or no smart phone and mobile application experience were the primary users and change management became necessary. 100% travel was necessary.
