With over 18 years of work experience in human resources, I am currently the Human Resources Director at Crossbar Inc, a leading provider of innovative memory solutions. In this role, the HR team supports the company\'s strategic goals, culture, and values. I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, development, retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. I also design and implement training programs and initiatives that enhance the skills, engagement, and productivity of our employees. I hold a master\'s degree in law from Golden Gate University, School of Law, and have extensive knowledge and experience in HR policies, practices, and regulations.
