I am a mixed-method design researcher based in London. I am deeply passionate about sustainable design and creating inclusive / accessible services. I help teams empathise with people\'s needs and create solutions that make an impact considering individuals, society and the planet.I have experience in both in-house and agency consulting UX research roles. I have also managed product teams, stood in as an interim product owner. I am passionate about using user insight to enable product teams and companies to build humanity-centred markets. I’m experienced with different UX research methodologies, helpings others understand their benefits, weaknesses and best practices for matching a method to a problem. My projects have utilised usability testing, eye-tracking, card sorting, diary studies, benchmarking, unmoderated remote testing, participatory design and surveys
