Direct responsibility for the design, negotiation, and placement of all lines of insurance. Oversee and execute all global insurance-related activities, coordinating directly with the Finance, Internal Audit, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH & S) departments to ensure exposure is minimized and insurance-related limits are appropriate. Assess, recommend, and implement various initiatives, such as identification of high risk sites and equipment and evaluation of premiums and global exposures. Manage relationships with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, International Business Development, Field Operations, EH & S, and Human Resources, as well as external relationships, including insurance brokers and carriers.
