I work on MicroBus team. MicroBus is fault tolerant, high performance, durable, log publishing service. It is a foundational and tier-0 service in AWS. It is used internally as a WAL.A bunch of public AWS services like S3, SQS, EC2, Kinesis, etc. are built on top of MicroBus.My day-to-day technical work largely revolves around fault tolerance and performance of the replication algorithm and the underlying consensus algorithm (Paxos implementation).
