We handle the complex stuff: portfolio strategy, RFP management, public-private partnerships, and organizational assessments.Since founding Adinkra Solutions, Inc. in 2021, the firm has partnered with leading real estate firms on major institutional portfolios. We serve as strategic partner to Savills, Inc. on DC Government\'s 4M+ square foot leased portfolio and strategic partner to JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) on DC Department of General Services\' real estate consulting contract.Clients include Washington Spirit (NWSL), Howard University, Downtown DC BID, KIPP DC, and DC Housing Authority. The firm holds a DC Supply Schedule contract (MOBIS) for management consulting services and maintains DC CBE certification.Before founding Adinkra, I was COO at DC Department of General Services, the agency responsible for 40 million square feet of government facilities. I ran operations across portfolio management, construction, facilities, and protective services, overseeing major capital programs and serving three mayoral administrations. Earlier, I led the winning RFP response and financial analysis for an $80M public-private partnership for commercial development at a boutique real estate firm, and underwrote affordable housing deals at Citi Community Capital.I serve as Vice Chair of DC Housing Finance Agency, which has financed over affordable housing units.I\'m not just a consultant.
