As one of six of the inaugural cohort of undergraduate students, this program cultivates a community of undergraduate students and faculty engaging in an iterative co-design three-year program focused on apprenticeship and community. Using immersive research experiences through a lab apprenticeship, seminar courses, participatory action research, and conference participation, this fellowship allows for exploring passions and culminating the journey with an honors thesis.Conceptualized and refined the Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocol, study design, and crafting of study measures to ensure methodological rigor and ethical compliance while ensuring thorough recruitment methods to effectively engage diverse members of the community, leveraging a multifaceted approach to ensure comprehensive representation.
