With a heterogeneous skill set, I manage end-to-end HR responsibilities, including HR business partnering, HR operations, organizational development (OD), learning and development (L&D), employee relations (ER), and compensation and benefits (C&B), across 4 distinct business entities.The Group has forayed into Agriculture space, and I have been accountable for setting the organization and people structure from scratch.Furthermore, I take on the responsibility of leading special projects in collaboration with the Business CEOs of our Non-Metallurgy Businesses. This role allows me to leverage my strategic acumen and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
