I started at Siemens as a frontend developer and slowly realised I was more interested in why users struggled with what I was building than in fixing the code itself. That shift led me to UX - and I haven\'t looked back. And everything I did before it — business analysis, community building, project management, stakeholder communication — turned out to be exactly the foundation a good designer needs.For nearly 4 years, I\'ve been designing enterprise B2B tools at Siemens - sustainability dashboards, data onboarding flows, and multi-stakeholder workflows used by teams across Europe. The products are complex, the users are time-pressed professionals, and the margin for confusion is zero.
