   I have joined Tata technologies from October 2023 and have been deployed to Tata Motors for various project of Passenger vehicle under the ER & D Department as Dimensional Variation Analysis Engineer.PROJECTS - CURVV.EV,PUNCH EV, ALTROZ I majorly contributed in :1. DVA (Dimensional Variation Analysis):· Complete vehicle model building as per process sequence.· Datum scheme verification, assembly GD & T, weld nut clearance, mechanical fitment.· DVA process model building for Complete BIW & Trims aggregates.· Process design (Locator Strategy & Selection, GD & T analysis)· Working with Designer team, Process Planners and Suppliers to identify the root cause while product development· Craftsmanship precise quality target validation & identification of critical sections for exterior-interior trim, & cockpit-console (Gap & Flushness).· Assembly GD & T confirmation and analysis for BIW assemblies.· DVA Report analysis with recommendations based on design, tolerance and processes.· Preparing DVA results with HLM contributors, Validate and release the results (with ±3 & ±4 sigma capability) to the concerned design owners and manufacturing engineers.· Recommending design changes to nullify interference conditions.2. DPV (Dimensional Problem Solving / Dimensional Problem Verification):· Identify non-conforming parts or assemblies against GD & T and build targets.· Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to implement corrective actions.· Track resolution and verify fixes in subsequent builds or measurement loops.· Checking fixture review at supplier end.3. DMBI (Dimensional Master Build Inspection):· Plan and execute detailed measurement of body-in-white (BIW), closures, and trim components.· Analyze variation trends and report deviations from nominal/target conditions.· Support decision-making on tooling adjustments, datum schemes, and build process changes.· Provide input for PPAP readiness and launch quality sign-offs.
