   I lead product strategy and execution for Covalent’s Workforce Operating System, used by aerospace, defense, and automotive manufacturers to plan, qualify, and run frontline operations.My focus is turning workforce execution from an experience-driven process into an intelligent, data-driven system that supervisors can operate in real time.I work directly with customers and internal teams across product, design, engineering, and implementation to define the product architecture, category positioning, and long-term roadmap.Key areas I lead:• Defined and launched Intelligent Work Allocation, a real-time assignment system optimizing throughput, eligibility, and utilization• Built data-driven control interfaces including the Interactive Skill Matrix and coverage planning to make workforce readiness visible and actionable• Designed operational decision layers that translate training, qualifications, and demand into daily supervisory actions• Developed AI-native workforce planning and recommendation workflows (training recommendations, gap analysis, readiness modeling)• Partner with large A&D manufacturers on digital transformation initiatives and phased deployments• Introduced a structured discovery practice and AI-driven prototyping to validate and launch new solutions faster• Implemented product analytics and experimentation practices to guide adoption and expansion• Shape multi-year product vision and packaging strategy across modules and verticalsOur vision is to move beyond dashboards for reaction and build systems that decide, guide, and continuously improve workforce operations.
