I have successfully completed projects in Bihar, Punjab, Delhi-Ncr, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Haryana and U.P. west, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal for different Telecom Operator.Deploy sites ( new / upgrade sites of Other OP CO ) as per AOP target and ensure sites are delivered to OP COs within SLA timelines. Site will be ready in all aspects with 100% quality acceptance. Zero Deployment Penality. MRF/BOQ/Measurement Certification with 100% tracking. Ensure Capex control by aligning BOQ with Vendor Invoice tracking Publish RFI of new sites with close co-ordination with OP CO rep with Zero RFI rejection, 100% quality roll outs, ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Optimum planning of the place inside the shelter / outside the shelter area(as per planning guide line ) to accommodate multiple tenancy/additional requirement of existing tenant & external C-Sat score. Generate and submit the MIS data / Site Status to Circle Off, 100% deployment process adherence, & CIT implementation. Ensure site built as per quality audit requirements (civil / Electrical & tower AT) with zero punch points and O&M Handover, and submission of the AT sheets for Site Folder, 100% adherence of internal audit points. No audit issue. Monitoring of installation of Infrastructure items namely, Shelters, DG, AC, Fire Alarms and Stabilizers and any other equipment that has been stipulated. Track and monitor each aspect of the site preparation work and issue alerts/alarms
