Focus on the practical aspects of application implementation, troubleshooting, and ensuring the application delivers value to the client.As a Techm consultant, I work closely with clients to understand their requirements and document the business requirements.As a member of the client customer experience team (post-sale service), assist in visualizing the current state and the effects that new technologies such as ClearQuote, Voice of Customer, Real-Time Vehicle Tracking, and Artificial Intelligence will have on their future processes.As part of the client’s Supply and Operation implementation team, my role includes developing functional test cases and creating system operating procedure documents to effectively utilize Kinaxis, a cloud-based supply chain management (SCM) platform. This platform supports Dealers, ASM, RSM, and Zonal heads in conducting bottom-up forecasts at the model, trim, or variant level, while also allowing Demand Planners to access statistical forecasts produced by the system, top-down business forecasts, new product launches, model lifecycle management, segmentation, dealer inventory management, suggested stock norms, safety stock requirements, and dealer target responsibilities.Played a key role in validating integration business data like Retail and Billing at model level, dealer level, Independent Demand, FG Goods at Plant and RSO.Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges, and translate these into business process documents and application customizations.
