Recently handpicked to spearhead as Controller of ‘Flipkart Health+’ – a new venture of the Flipkart Group, within a short span, I spearheaded launch of Oracle in Health business. Additionally, I was accountable for diverse financial functions of the Flipkart Group viz. consolidation & reporting of ~40 entities in India & Singapore, corporate FP & A, technical accounting, due diligence of new ventures and investments, group audit under IFRS, and monthly reporting under USGAAP. I proved instrumental in reducing TAT for financial closing & reporting to Bentonville by 1 day (with subsequent target of 7 days) and streamlined P&L reporting and classifications to accrue significant notional savings in KPI matrix.
